If a shareholder dies

  1. was a joint holder of any Shares, any surviving joint holders are the only persons the Company will recognise as having any title to or interest in those Shares
  2. အစုရှယ်ယာကို တစ်ဦးတည်းပိုင်ဆိုင်ခဲ့လျှင် သေဆုံးသွားသော အစုရှယ်ယာရှင်၏ ဥပဒေအရ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် (အမွေဆက်ခံသူ)ကိုသာ အဆိုပါအစုရှယ်ယာများကို အကျိုးခံစားခွင့်ရှိသူ အစုရှယ်ယာပိုင်ဆိုင်ခွင့် ရှိသူအဖြစ် ကုမ္ပဏီက အသိအမှတ် ပြုမည်။
